The Brief Introduction of Lantian Middle School
Shanghai Lantian Middle School was established in 1993, with 1500 students(age from 12—15) and 90 teachers. In the past fourteen years, the school has formed a reasonable formation of teachers’ group. The teachers have high morals and strict manners. The idea of running the school is to create the education of the students’ health growth. The developing aims of the students are to help them have both ability and integrity, be able to master both literary and science, be harmonic in body and mind, be elegant in morality and behavior.The students of this school have stout basic knowledge,broad sight and strong ability in practicing. Moreover,the students are characteristic for their good training on their English learning and arts. The art works of the students have been won mamy times home and abroad.

高群斌 男 中级教师 具有十多年的美术教育与创作经验。
曾经为上海烈士陵园、上海科技馆、梅陇镇广场等地绘制过大型壁画。指导学生荣获过国家邮票设计奖，上海地区唯一特等奖；还指导学生荣获过数次“敏之杯”“真彩杯”和科幻画等一些由市教委、市艺术教育中心举办的各项大赛等第奖，教师也荣获过多次优秀指导老师奖。
在教学过程中重视每一位学生的审美潜能和绘画表现，耐心教育细心辅导，让许多学生的作品都在校园的橱窗里得到了展示，为他们树立了信心，不仅如此，还重视和开发学生的写生与设计等各方面的能力；和学生一起探究，油画棒的实用价值与审美功能，得到了全区广大教师同仁的关注。
教师本人多次发表教学论文，多次参加过全国每月课题的探究，曾经荣获2001年度普陀区艺术教育先进个人。2004年度普陀区科研成果二等奖。2007年度评为普陀区美术教育能手，形成了一套自己的教学风格，能够让我校的初中学生拥有多方位的美术素，形成终生学习美术的能力。
